Project Description:
This project is to support DELL warehouse with EBI 2.0 framework/Architecture. EBI2.0 is an
integrated data warehouse for all pipe lines - Sales, Marketing, Finance, Services and Manufacturing
Data that aims at providing a solution that reports the reduction in the operational cost in
sourcing, engineering and reporting process.
Responsibilities:
* Installation, Upgradation and Configuration Informatica Power Centre 10.X/9.x/8.x.
* Informatica Bug fixes, EBF/Hot Fixes, Automation of Backups, Purge, Build Scripts, Startups
and Shutdown scripts.
* Configuration of application services like Repository service, Integration service, Web
services Hub, Model Repository services, Data Integration service etc.
* Code Migration and deployments and resolution of performance issues.
* Administration tasks like: Domain monitoring, backup, restore, Repository domains management,
User management, Security management etc.
* Creating Users, Groups, Roles and grant privileges to the users on domain objects, application
services and folders.
* Knowledge of UNIX File System, Installation and configuration of Power center Maintain
Automation Scripts, Monitoring Scripts and basic troubleshooting knowledge.
* As per Change requests (CR) migration of objects in all phases (DEV, SIT and PRD) of project
and trained developers to maintain system when in production.
* Monitoring the Jobs and sever space availability and CPU Process.
* Repository Management Tasks: Repository creation, Backup and Restoring of Repository and
managing Repository User connections.
* Involved in rising SRs on Informatica vendor on Line Support and work closely with Informatica
Support people to solve development, production and administration related issues.
* Resolved all issues related to informatica admin console like creating user, grant permission,
code migration.
* Perform automation of different administration tasks via UNIX Shell scripts, command-line
utilities or maps.

project to production and reviewing the code and providing the signoff, conditional signoff
for the projects.
* Leading the team, handling escalations and involved in backlog reduction by providing the
necessary inputs to the team or business.
