direct and indirect human resources, maintenance and failure analysis in the processes to all the
assets necessaries to achieve the corporate objectives. Leading of load lifting corporate committee.
Leading of contamination control corporate committee.
Achievements:
* Increasing 2.3% in MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) in all fleets of the mining equipment between
2016 and 2017, due to compromise by superintedents and supervisors to improve the quality of
maintenance execution.
* Due to the implementation of asset management projects (measurement of the asset health), savings
of USD $ 6 million.
* WOUMAIN corporate Award for environmental protection by reducing fuel consumption and associated
