Description: Riskonnect Clear Sight is the global leader in risk technologies providing integrated risk, claims, and compliance solutions. Enterprise is a comprehensive Web-based risk management information system created by Riskonnect Clear Sight. With its focus on claim administration, and reporting, Enterprise enables the user to create large amounts of data from a wide variety of sources and our system is a more streamlined key process to be making more productive, cost cutting and improve services. It’s easy to customization for specific clients requirements to dynamic design various forms as the industries requirement to capture insurance related information and have ability to automate so many of the administrative tasks that are associated with Claims administration and management , insurance policy ,risk management and compliance such as claims adjusters can spend less time chasing claims paperwork and following up on claims, predicting and then prioritizing outlier claims, track insurance policy information that are used for policy monitoring etc.

A complete package application designed on best practices that are offered in a variety of forms, each of aligns with specific business requirements. This application support different client/ business partners to access modules and customization as the business requirements in the In-Bound, Outbound and Services CRM for support to access by many stacks holders and our In-Bound/Out-Bound Call Centers. Some of common businesses entities like manage interactions with customers, new installation request by partners/agents, products services and sales packs, Ala-Carte and channels, upgrade and downgrade new packs and recharge, manage the daily customer’s accounts and billing. Configure the campaigns to push the customer’s offers the best suitable packs, send the recharge info by call/SMS for focus on revenue generate. Analysis of customer’s requirements/complaints to generate the lead that helps for good services and supports.

The mPOS have better user experience and more convenient of conducting sales transactions for small and medium business. This mPOS system handles various functionality such as store sales articles, enabling customer information, receiving and transferring of products to respective retailers, integration with online web store to perform sales out of stock items, buy online and return in stores that returns can perform any of nearest retails shops.

For the hotels integration we are using xml feeds which comes from GDS. This provides powerful CMS for managing room types, room price, room’s availability, coming offers, no of rooms booked tracking, and add city guide, nearest attractions, tube, railways, airports.

Description: This is an E-commerce web application made for the Indo Rama. Company deals in the selling of products like office supplies, technology and furniture. This site facilitates users to do online shopping and place their orders. The company is having number of stores, franchise and warehouse to provide high quality products to the customer. The main motive is customer satisfaction. The company also deals in B2B and corporate segments. With the help of online selling, the individual can easily do shopping without going anywhere, and assign credit limit for all B2B customer shopping provide facilities online order tracking for B2B customer to check order status, pending, delivered and order approval by that parents and admin authenticate to final order approval. MIS reports for all customers, delivery status, pending status and provide career services.
