planning of a new release management system & archive system). ACTUAL process
analysis of the division for special metals for the aviation industry. Development of a
test system and testing of standard processes in the HANA environment and FIORI
APPS. Customizing in s/4 HANA to test existing processes from the old system in the
new s/4 Hana system. Preparations and analyses for the implementation of s/4 HANA
(e.g. business partner changeover). Evaluation of new products and technologies, their
possible applications and benefits in the voestalpine group (e.g. SAP MDM module). In
the course of the internal SAP training: Support with debugging, report generation,
layouts, customizing. Training in MDM module for planned master data management.

Field of activity
Disciplinary leadership of the 5-person software development team. More than 30
individual customer systems supervised as project manager (requirements gathering,
handover to developers, project management, handover of the software, customer
training...). Several projects handled in parallel. Commercial project management,
project controlling. Customer presentations and user training on site (customers from
various industries (architecture, entertainment, service providers, production
companies, trade with luxury goods, public sector, doctors, medical technology...) -
each customer had his "own" ERP system. Recording of customer requirements and
creation of work packages for software development, scheduling of work packages,
control of compliance with time and content specifications, clarification of questions,
acceptance of developments and handover to the customer. Increase of capacity
utilisation and work productivity by optimising the personnel deployment planning in the
projects.
