I had been in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)  industry for 4 years as a Customer Service Specialist (Inbound Chat and Phone Support) and a Virtual Assistant (Inbound and Outbound Email, Phone and live chat Support) for 2 years, where my patience, understanding, technical skills and customer service skills has been developed.
