I also participate in the pre-project stage, preparing technical proposals and commercial presentations. My main achievement in this aspect was the bidding of the project for Cencosud Peru, for which I prepared all the technical-commercial proposal and made the presentations in the client obtaining the award of one of the most important projects that the company had.
Besides, as a service leader, I have the responsibility of coordinating the support of the products in operation.
I coordinate a team that has varied between 10 and 20 people over time. My responsibilities within the area of human resources include the selection of personnel, performance evaluation, and training management, many of which I have given personally. Throughout these years I managed to build a stable, well-trained team that can follow the established practices that it has accomplished in multiple projects.
My participation in the projects is not limited to management, but I actively participate in the analysis and architecture of the systems. In different projects, I have taken responsibility for the requirements analysis and modeling of the system. I have also been in charge of making the presentations of the projects to the clients, making demos, and training. For the entire duration of the project, I manage and carry out communication with the client. Currently, 6 of the company's 10 products have been designed by me.
Another responsibility is to define processes, policies, and practices both for management and for the different areas of the software development industry. Through all these procedures I have achieved predictability and standardization of developments, which has allowed us to successfully complete projects, achieving customer satisfaction. At the support and maintenance area, the defined procedures have achieved that the objective metrics and the compromised SLA are met.
