My Roles and Responsibilities includes:
• Lead development team for custom development requests - change and enhancements
• Lead run and support team providing Level 2 and 3 Support for SharePoint 2010 custom collaboration portal, web applications, other custom applications and business processes for over hundreds of thousands of users across the globe.
• Deliver planning, reporting, resourcing, estimations, risk management and technical design through to code level.
• Line management and personal development of the development and run and support team including one to one meetings and performance reviews.
• Mentor and coach the both teams to improve quality, output and productivity.
• Build and maintain a cohesive internal/external team providing technical leadership and mentoring to the team and champion technical innovation within systems.
• Stay hands on by writing code, unit test, building re-usable components, performing code reviews, diagnosing system issues and developing technical documentation and provide Level 3 to escalation point support.
• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures. (as Service & Change Coordinator)
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
• Build and deploy product releases, document and update build notes and installation guides. (Build Master).
• Deliver projects and continuous improvement enhancements through to release in collaboration.
• Acknowledged as Application Subject Matter (SME) and Application Architect to all applications we developed, maintained and transitioned.
