As a Project Manager and Scrum Master took responsibility for the integration of the new Investment Reporting product at CSAM Switzerland. As a Scrum Master was responsible for the delivery of the components related to the automated workflows, authentication, authorisations and IT security.
The new solution for the Investment Reporting provided high degree of the process automation and increase in quality of the produced reports, leading to efficiency improvements and error quote reduction.

The new BEKB Digital Banking Portal is a new generation E-Banking solution for the retail clients of BEKB. In addition to the new functions, increased security and user-friendliness are the most important features of the new solution.

Julius Bär - Content-Management for Marketing Material, IT Project Manager

Led the project for the selection and implementation of a Content Management System for the Investment Management division of the bank to automate production of marketing publications. Responsible for the technical integration of the Censhare Digital Platform into the bank infrastructure and for the design and development of the web portal for the distribution of the marketing material.
The implemented solution allowed to fully automate production cycle for the product factsheets and presentations and to distribute produced publications to the bank clients over different digital channels.

Julius Bär - Investment Research Automation - Business Analyst

The goal of the project was the implementation of a new, fully automated business process for the production of research material to significantly increase research coverage. This process was shared by the bank and the outsourcing partner and involved implementation of a highly customisable reporting engine based on FactSet Partners software and an Internet portal for the distribution of the research material.
As a lead Requirements Engineer and Deputy Project Manager I was responsible for defining the solution requirements and leading the team delivering the technical solution.

Julius Bär - Migration of the IBM-Notes Infrastructure - IT Project Manager
