Description:
The Global Fund is an international financing organization that aims to attract and disburse
additional resources to prevent and treat HIV and AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria. Project TGF is
delivering a central repository to store data from/across multiple TGF sources, enabling
standardized and automated reporting. They are using source as oracle OLTP system, SQL Server
and flat files, the data is extracted from the source using Different subject areas like OIG,
GFS, GIS, T&E and transformed in the staging area and later loaded into dimensions and fact
tables which later would be shared with the Tableau team for analysis and generating reports. The
Global Fund promotes partnerships among governments, civil society, the private sector and
affected communities, the most effective way to help those in need.
Responsibilities:
* Extracting data from different relational databases, Flat files using Informatica Power
Center.
* Created different transformations like Source Qualifier, Expression, Update strategy
Transformation, Lookup, Sequence Generator, transformations for loading the data into the
targets.
* Involved in developing SCD Type 1, Type 2 mappings for A2 phase.
* Created complex Views to Integrate data from multiple sources.
* Developed SQLS to pivot & aggregate data.
* Migrated objects between environments (Dev & QA).
* Involved in designing the Mapplet and reusable transformation according to the business needs.
* Created action, filters, parameters and calculated fields for preparing dashboards and
worksheets in Tableau.
* Created unit test cases to validate the data and technical process involved in the entire data
flow process.

Description:
Retail EMB is a management information solution for commercial insurers like HCSC. It
incorporates flexible architecture designed for the highly specialized needs of the insurance
sector. EMB deals with the processing of on-exchange/off-exchange enrollments and tracking the
status of each enrollment and finally generates the kits and Id Cards for the members.
Members can enroll into health plans with corresponding benefits. Vendors or Providers shall
provide services to members. Providers shall submit the claims and eligibility records to the
adjudication engine which will process the claim and approve or deny the claim. The goal of
this project is to upgrade the existing on premise applications into Cloud based environments
by Using Microsoft Azure as the Cloud Platform.
Responsibilities:
* Analysis of functional and technical specifications of the project, understanding existing
business and customer requirements.
* Created SSIS packages comprising various Tasks, Transformations & Containers to meet the
business needs related to on premise development.
* Develop & maintain various stored procedures and triggers to load Audit Tables to keep track
of day to day extract information.
* Created various ADF jobs to move data from on premise SQL server database into Azure SQL DB,
Blobs & Azure Data lake Storage Gen1.
* Implemented monitoring jobs in Databricks to keep track of resource utilisation by collecting
Measures & Metrics and sending application logs to Azure monitor.

Publication company - John Wiley & Sons is migrating its Legacy data (JD Edwards) into SAP,
this process includes merging data from multiple systems into a single system, applying
conversion logics to satisfy the business needs where Informatica is involved in extracting
data from Legacy systems like JANIS, JCORE, JPCMS and loading into Unified SAP System. Data
migration in this project is carried out through multiple mocks which includes conversion of
various subject areas, each subject area is further classified into various objects related to
Customer, Product & Subscription data.
Responsibilities:
* Extracted data from legacy system to Staging Area and loaded the data to the target database
by ETL process using Informatica Power Center.
* Developed complex mappings to load data from Source System (Oracle) and flat files and
generate load ready files for SAP.
* Created different transformations like Source Qualifier, Expression, Router, Filter, Lookup,
Sequence Generator, Normalizer transformations for loading the data into the targets.
* Used debugger in identifying bugs in existing mappings by analyzing data flow, evaluating
transformations.
