I come from an advanced IT and technical background, having over 15+ years of experience of the technological industry. As a seasoned professional I have extensive familiarity in areas such as; setting budgets, change management, client relations, business modeling, and project management.

My philosophy can be described as practical, fit-for-purpose, and keep-it-simple with everything driven to create benefit. I have a track record of managing complex projects across a wide spectrum of industries and businesses. I am able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple changing demands. I must also mention that I am very confident in statistical analysis and able to interpret large data sets and provide recommendations.

For me, the most successful project management has at its core practicality and scalability. I leverage best practice but customize it to suit a specific environment, project, structure, and people.
