-- Handling tickets on SD. Analysis of problem and providing solutions to business.
-- Solving Daily issues related to O2C & support to end user on ME ticketing tool.
-- Enhancement and Development of new Z-reports as per business requirement within a framed time limit (SLA). -- Preparation of business requirement gathering document, effort estimate & functional specification for the new development or enhancement. -- Interaction with client through office communicator/Emails/Meetings for understanding business requirement & providing solutions within time frame (SLA).
-- Associated with technical team for development, enhancement and bug fix. -- Conduct user acceptance test by coordinating with users and get the approval from them to move the TR into PRD. -- Configuration: Working in configuration of Organization structure, master data, Complaints processing, pricing, account determination & Adobe forms. -- Knowledge about inter-company & intra-company STO process. -- Billing document Adobe form – message output determination & SAP SD configuration, changes in SD related master data with adding new field, auto emailing to clients of business. -- LSMW, MASS data upload and query creation in SAP SD & MM both.
