* Inherited a decade-old project and quickly planned, strategised and undertook a process to
bring the project, and all of its dependencies, up to current standards and best practices.
* Liaised with UI/UX specialists to implement pixel-perfect designs.
* Helped create a framework which allowed the React application to be deployed within native
iOS/Android/desktop apps.

Project 2: Lead Frontend Engineer, Micron Systems

* Envisioned, planned and implemented two Single Page Applications along with a shared,
common core library.
* Responsible for evaluating client-side tools, technologies and best-practises.
* Organised and guided a team of developers based in Switzerland and the Philippines.
* Interfaced with a management team in the US, helping to consolidate and convert high level
requirements into manageable tech tasks.

* Responsible for clients staying in the Jungfrau region. This involved looking after clients and
liaising with local businesses to promote extra activities and excursions.

* As the first employee, worked directly with the CEO and CTO to help transform the platform
from a bedroom project into a service used by thousands of clients worldwide. This involved




setting up the company's technical infrastructure, interfacing with external systems, planning
and developing core platform components such as the order management/messaging systems.
