* Handled a couple of change request by interacting with the client and by creating the required
functional specifications. Handling and resolving l1/l2 level calls (Incidents and service
Requests).
* Ensure Timely response and resolution of problem tickets within the stipulated time by
adhering to the severity level benchmarks and achieving 100% efficiency with Customer
satisfaction as top priority. - Directly communicating with the client and users.

process.

* Configuring and building up Organizational structure including sales
organization,distributionChannel,division,salesoffice,sales groups.

* Define and Configured business partner determinationprocedure,Account Group, Partner function.

* Involved in fine tuning of Basic Functions at each level within Sales Document to fully set up
Business process in the system.

* Creation of pricing procedure using condition technique, creation of condition tables's access
sequence, condition type and determining pricing procedure.

* Configured the special sales orders like Credit memo, Debit memo, Consignment process, sales
returns, cash sales, Rush orders.
