* Responsible for the Development & Administration of Service-Now.
* Implementation of the Incident management, Problem management, Change Management, Asset
Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Discovery troubleshooting, Reports, Service Catalog, Service
Portal, Integrations (LDAP, Jira, Archer, AOTS).
* SME for Automated Test Framework to Implement, Execute, Schedule, Report, Training to Client team
members and worked with HI team to resolve system issues on ATF.
* Architecting most suitable solutions considering client requirements and organizational structure.
* Working with Stakeholders on requirement gathering and closely cooperating for testing and training.
* Training to 8 Interns in CloudAction and getting their admin and developer certification cleared on
ServiceNow.
* Took interviews and participated in drives on ServiceNow for expansion of team at CloudAction.
* Team management of various projects running simultaneously, resolving issue, collaborating for project
release, and trainings on new technology in CloudAction.
* Cooperation with US CloudAction team for ServiceNow Training and new projects initiation.
