I joined Avira as a senior technical product manager leading international cross-functional teams that
built marketing products.

* Proposed a re-targeting enhancement on cart abandonment that generated $40k in MRR, right from
the first month into the role
* Managed the sunset phase (EOL) for 2 years of a product that delivered all email communication to
~45m users per day. Kept the system operational and up-to-date with increasing needs, while balancing
scarce resources and doing transition management for the replacement tool
* Led a dedicated product team and built a communication product that had ~25m daily active users,
contributing up to 70% of the company revenue

and Global Marketing, totaling more than 60% of the current Qlikview projects in HP. Responsible
for the platform stability, process management, performance monitoring & improvements, new
engagements & deployments governance, Qlikview training organized in-house or purchased from
the vendor for the full BI Team (averaging more than 300 employees spread across the globe),
business communication to VP, SVP and CEO level. Currently leading a team of 9 members (Document
Administrator Team).

Main achievements: Changed the needed framework to sustain constant Qlikview Projects growth in
both numbers and complexity. Worked closely with VP levels to successfully deploy applications that
are crucial for HP's steering committee. Providing a stable and performing environment for more than
10.000 employees that actively use Qlikview Reports daily.

Started working as the Project Manager in HP's Media Team after winning a short-movie competition,
organized as an internal event. The Media Team is responsible for defining and promoting all the
internal events that various departments are hosting. Key responsibilities include: active participation
in the events organization, defining the best methods to promote the events, creating a powerful
brand for each event, starting from e-mail teasers, event posters, video trailers, photo summaries etc,
coordinating the media team outside the events & as well as during the events.

Main achievements: All of the events gained a significant boost in user participation, employee
engagement and positive feedback. The Bucharest HUB won the annual internal company competition
on all of the 3 segments due to our outstanding media coverage.

Innovation Developer & Qlikview Document Administrator
Hewlett Packard Enterprise
Innovation Developer: Researched over the latest technologies available on the market such as
Vertica, Qlikview, Tableau. Main role was to study the feasibility of implementing these solutions in the
company's benefit. Design & develop applications using the new technologies acquired.

Main achievements: Adopted Qlikview as HP's current top BI development tool. Developed one of the
very first Qlikview applications for HP.

Qlikview Document Administrator: Acted as the first Document Administrator after Qlikview was adopted
and deployed within HP. The main key points are over-viewing and managing the entire application
life-cycle, from development to its integration and final migration to the production environment.
Offered assistance to the project managers and their development teams with the process, provided
consultancy in development issues and maintained contact with the IT Team that is hosting the Qlikview

Main achievements: Successfully moved into production more than 180 distinct projects. Provided
feedback related to Qlikview's bugs and features to the platform team and to the vendor, actively
contributing to the current and future Qlikview Service Releases.

CSR Region Lead: Acted as the operational lead for the CSRs (Customer Support Representatives)
within the largest region (CEE), monitoring performance levels, distributing workload priorities,
analyzing feedback coming from the team and from the customers and working on improvement
plans, acting as the tier 1 escalation point and being fully accountable to management for the overall
performance of the team.

Main achievements: Best performing region on all of the metrics followed. Cleaned the current order
backlog, no orders being delayed for more than 30 days.

Reporting Analyst: This role covered tasks such as full ownership over the reporting tools used,
Microsoft Access Database maintenance & development, reports generation for management covering
the entire DMFI program (all 3 regions), Excel VBA Macros development and consultancy based on adhoc

Main achievements: Built reporting solutions from scratch, based on management requests.
Automatized processes, resulting in lower headcount needed for the company. Offered VP Level
reports that helped drive management decisions resulting in strong financial gains for the company.
Offered visibility over critical metrics that were not monitored up to that time.

Main achievements: Fully automatized all of the day-to-day tasks via excel VBA coding & macros. Built
an automated communication system that raised the communication target to a perfect 100%, as all of
the alerts, customer communication and order updates were sent with no manual input.

Hosted training sessions for the new agents and contributed to understanding important key aspects in

Main achievements: Increased the CDS (Customer Satisfaction) score from 6 to 8.5 in only 2 years.
This was IBM's highest CDS score ever obtained up to that date and the top metric that was followed.

Full hardware and software support for all the IT / laboratory equipment that was present in the
university's campus.

Worked on many improvement projects, such as deploying the online Moodle learning platform.

One of the main achievements was the network infrastructure upgrade we have deployed. It contained
fiber-link connection, 1 Gb/s bandwidth for cabled stations and free wireless access within the campus.
