I joined Rinftech to build their Product Management organization and to lead their product portfolio.
I acted as a Senior Product Manager for ongoing products, offered product consultancy services on
behalf of the company and led their transformation process.
Achievements
- Led a large, international, cross-functional product development team (26+ people) and delivered a working Product for a top client in Israel in 9 months (Co-Working Spaces Management)
- Led a spin-off product development team (5 people) and delivered an IoT product for intelligent office locks & meeting management in less than 6 months
- Hosted Product Strategy & Product Vision workshops as a Product Consultant on behalf of the company for large clients (IoT well-being products)
- Built their Product Management organization by coaching existing teams, evangelizing Product
- Management & working with the company's Board to overcome the transformation challenges
- Handled the Go-to-Market strategy, managed the R&D team and released an MVP for a B2B testing robot, closing our first deal with the prototype and signing off a contract for 3 additional units
