• Joerg has spent most of his professional career in positions managing projects or programmes. He has extensive experience in the area of Business-Processes aswell in planning and controlling large programme of significant business importance. He has developed an extensive range of skills and attributes including Change-, Risk and Qualitymanagement necessary to successfully complete demanding programmes.
• Joerg started his career as a Management Consultant at METRO C&C International IT-Department and later he joined a UK ERP Software-Vendor (GEAC/JBA) mainly focussed for the SME-Area. Next to this engagement he joint a mayor GEAC/JBA client, Sandvik/Tamrock Mining & Construction as a Senior-Projectmanager for the Worldwide Rollout of the ERP-Application.During these carreer steps he also gained strong process and business knowledge in the Retail/Service/Manufacturing and Banking industry. Then after joining Oracle in February 2001, Joerg managed a number of important and business critical projects in Germany, The Netherlands and Finland. Since August 2008 Joerg acts as Senior Projectmanager / Programme Manager in national and international Engagements based on Contracts with Focus on strategic Projects and Standard Software Implementations.
