Customer Service: Managing stakeholders and prioritisation have been critical to my success as an Project Manager & Account Manager. Thinking on my feet and working at pace to resolve issues with a solution that fits customer needs is a key skill. * Promoted from within the Group to manage the key customer accounts for Lufton, an
orderbook totalling £8 million per year, working closely with the Operations Director and
Production Managers, including cover to them when away or on holiday and working directly
with the shop floor.
* Responsible for setting and meeting KPIs and ensuring compliance with AMS and NADCAP
accreditations.
* Running customer order books and aligning production to meet them, communicating daily with
customers to drive the most efficient production schedule.

Project Management - Key Project Examples;

* Special projects include managing orderbook from £340k overdue orders down to £22k and
raising on time deliveries from 62% to 99% over 4 months.
* Raised utilisation of the heat treatment capacity from 25% to 75% within 6 months.
* Initiated and delivered project to simplify a £250k customer contract that rationalised supply
chain and increased FGP revenue with cost savings for the customer.
