During my time in Bayer Lerma I had a strong contribution in the Digital
Transformation path doing mainly the following activities:
To be accountable to provide guidance and oversight for the CSV and DI
for the new projects.
To be accountable for the successful implementation for several systems
such as DEVACOM( MQC, DEV, GT), SYNAPS (for local change
management), ORTEMS (QC planning tool).
To be accountable for the innovation dor other systems such as GxP Print
(data integrity paper based system), RCAT (Root Cause Analysis Tool),
Glidepath reloaded (for rRFT measurement and improvement).
To be Accountable to be the link between IT, Manufacturing Systems and
QA.
To be collaborative with OE team on programs to improve the QA/QC
processes and also for Green Belt projects.
To be accountable for the automation of process via RPA.
To be accountable for several use cases for data analytics in the quality
systems.
