* Fixed an application that would print PA letters, the letters included Performance Increase
letters, General Increase letters, bonus letters and termination letters.
* Designed a re-usable migration process for employee take-on data: * The letters where all
developed using SMARTFORMS and an ABAP application that the user could use to print the letters for
the employee's. The application had eligibility checks to see if an employee is eligible to receive
the selected letter.
* Designed a solution that could be used to reduce overtime expenditure:
* Designed a solution that allows the employee to attach leave documents to the Leave Request in The
SAP portal:
* Managed a team of developers(assigning and tracking progress of developments).
* Assisted in the development of the solution this involved creating web dynpro abap applications
for both the employee(ESS) and manager(MSS) portals, created the data structures to be used by the
customizations.
* Performed code reviews for the developments.
* Provided feedback to the client regarding the progress.
* Managed clients expectations and requirements.
