Management of the tender sales channel (2 subordinate managers) - passing the tender procedure
before concluding the contract, transferring the counterparty to the manager, monitoring the
fulfillment of all contractual obligations.
Monitoring of specialized websites and trading platforms in order to search for announcements of
state and commercial tenders and electronic auctions, preparation of a package of documents
according to tender documents (Qualification and technical part) in the Prozzoro electronic
procurement system, drafting requirements and complaints to the customer regarding the customer's
discrimination against potential participants, study of the tender package of competitors'
documents, search for violations of competitors in accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine
"On Public Procurement", drawing up requirements for the rejection of competitors to the customer's
tender committee, direct contact with a potential customer, placing a tender proposal on
specialized sites according to the terms and conditions of the tender documentation , participation
in auctions. Control over the conclusion of contracts, shipments of shut-off valves, removal of
hazardous waste, accounts receivable.
