Responsibilities:

iterative product development roadmap.

mainframes (CICS, COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM) and Java (Spring hibernate architecture).
* Delivered projects in the Charges and Waivers, Credit Risks, and Payments areas. The project
size in the range of 2000 to 5000-man days, involving team size of 20 to 50 people ranging
between 9 months to 24 months duration.
* Took up onsite IT Project Manager role to negotiate IT projects for Steria UK, facing
effort/cost and schedule challenges raised by customer.
* Responsible for estimates and plans, reviewing RAIDs, controlling cost (P&L), tracking
schedule, monitoring scope and change controls, reviewing project health, quality assurance,
CMMi matrices data collection, appraisals and team motivation and retention, managing internal
and external stakeholders, coordination with other software 3rd party suppliers.
* Lead development of Credit Risk Management System developed to replace the existing risk
management system, 'Probe', used for risk profiling of customers, credit scoring and lending
decisions. Also, integrated it, to two heterogeneous banking systems.

* Enhanced the payment system to make payments via all channels immediate under payment Services

I worked with ASML Netherlands in Eindhoven, in the capacity of software designer for the
Illumination module technical team. I designed a calibration test for the lithography machine
working with project team. This test was developed in C and Unix which helped the illuminator of the
machine to focus the laser correctly on the semi conductor chip so that required beam intensity is
maintained across cross section.
