Managing of one project team to implement cloud-based patient dialysis management. Conducting scoping workshops with business owner, POs, requirements engineers and business analysts. Setting up release and deployment plans. Conducting stakeholder management and  management reporting. Setting up the full project structure in Azure DevOps.
