* 1st & 2nd line telephone /remote /desk side / walk-in support to all Eisai EMEA employees.

PC and laptops.
* Supporting and troubleshooting all hardware (desktop, notebooks, mobile devices) and
associated peripherals.
* Installing, configure and support software application and services, core bespoke CRM
business applications, Microsoft software and OS (Win7-10, MS Office 2010-365), SharePoint
Online, MS Teams, Symantec Endpoint, Adobe, SCCM software deployment.
* Remote tools -Dameware, Skype for Business, Cisco WebEx, TeamViewer.
* Azure AD Administration, On-Premises AD, creating new user accounts, Cisco WebEx admin,
eRooms(document management), IBM Domino admin, MS Office365 admin.
* VOIP telephony (Cisco, Nortel, Avaya) configuring, install, support, administration.
* Ad-hoc tasks participating in assignments, undertaking project work.
* VMWare VSphere configuring, Administration virtual machines.
* MDM (Mobile Iron) admin, install, configure, troubleshoot Mobile devices, iOS, Android.
* Video conferencing (Polycom) setup and supporting meetings.
* Support and troubleshooting Canon MFD printers.
* Assisting in Network switch installs and patching. Sever Backups (Veeam Backup)
* Managing and resolving issues with vendors and suppliers for key IT systems under support
contracts, scheduled meetings with SDM to discuss KPIs.
* Asset Management tracking as equipment is deployed / returned to stock / retired.
* On boarding - new staff induction, processing documentation, user guides.
* Projects - Windows 10 migration, MS Teams and Office365.
