- I worked on a scrum team of 5 developers where I built the new front-end dashboard with React.
- Based on client feedback I designed a fresh UI (Bootstrap & CoreUI) to implement new features.
- I built 6+ new HR modules and optimized old ones which increased HR performance by 25%.
- Created an Employees Attendance module from scratch that tracked the employees’ in/out timings, hours worked per month, bonus or deductions (if employees fail to meet attendance requirements). This module increased the employee's time efficiency by 30%.
- Built a tasks module that allowed each department head to track active, pending, and canceled tasks with a visual graph and reminders to alert when time is running low.
- Working together with another developer I built an HR policies module that facilitated the HR department to create and manage policies in one place with an ability to archive, enforce and prioritize policies as per decisions. This module increased the time taken to create and implement policy by 40%.

- I worked on a scrum team of 4 developers where I built the entire project from scratch using Node.js, Vue.js, and MongoDB.
- I was engaged in precise project plan development based on client requirements, conceiving wireframes, prototypes (Bootstrap & Vuetify), sharing with stakeholders, devising workflows, and creating customer-centric UI/UX.
- I was also a mentor to a junior developer where I regularly reviewed his code and provided feedback.
- Created 30+ API endpoints, 10+ data models, and optimized backend code that increased the overall performance by 15%.
- Using WebSockets I created a robust 1-on-1 and group chat feature from scratch. It supports fully formatted text-chat, file sharing, live user status, user typing, @mention, GIFS, hyperlinking, and replying to messages.
- Implemented a ‘My Conversation’ feature like Instagram, showing last message, time/number of unread messages, increasing user engagement by 30%.
- Built a follow feature like Twitter where users can follow each other and see each other’s notes.
- Built an in app file system feature similar to Google Drive where users can CRUD nested folders, upload documents, and share them with EDIT or VIEW permissions, which increased notes being created in the app by 50%.
- Implemented a live user status feature that allows users to switch status based on their availability. All of these features caused unique user acquisition by 100%.
