I have a Ms of Arts in Economics degree from the Kyiv Shevchenko University. Since some academic courses were taught in English I learned this language as well. My way of English learning/enhancement was driven by the practical needs (education, career, friendship, international travel etc). This learning approach has proved to be very effective as the level of my English knowledge allows me sometimes to supervise colleagues with the academic degrees in English Philology. The knowledge of English has defined much of my further career and personal advance as I worked a lot in various international environments where only English was a working language. The deep level of English language helps me with my practices of other foreign languages (German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish) which I do for my pleasure. My current professional English language exposure includes maintaining and promoting of the businesses of international consulting companies in Ukraine.
