I am a solution-driven SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
Consultant with three-plus years of experience with
customer-facing for solutions like SAP HR and
Successfactors. During my tenure with a reputed
company, I have got well-acquainted with managing
application life cycles for HR applications and
providing support to the interface work stream to
understand business scenarios and integration
between the solution and other applications.
My functional fortes also comprise translating the
solution architecture and detailed business
requirements into a functional design. I have gained
knowledge in outsourcing business model of key HR
processes and solid working knowledge in process
understanding and HR technology SAP
SuccessFactors/HM. Throughout my vast career,
have been involved in analyzing all types of HR
business requirements and developed a workflow for
creating or maintain a position. My indigenous
experience has endowed me with a strong
understanding of preparing SAP to SuccessFactors
transforming mapping documents.
