Hi! My name is Daniel and i am a python based data scientist. I have always enjoyed Mathematics. In school I participated in Maths Olympiads, In college I chose to study Economics. I took online courses and learned Python for Data Science and Machine Learning - Pandas, Sci-kit Learn, Numpy, Matplotlib and Scipy.
My first professional experience was an internship at an Asset Management firm, in the field of macroeconomic research. There I had my first contact with R, VBA, learned a lot of excel and developed soft skills such as as greater independence in the execution of my tasks, communication and organization.
Currently I go to a part-time internship at Santander bank, in the field of Credit Risk Management, where i am learning more of modelling, PySpark and SQL.
I am very eager to get jobs in here and get some experience. Let's talk!
