The client, a global online retailer's compliance division, was investing a huge
amount of development eéort towards various products with overlapping scopes
due to the inability to integrate them under a single platform.
Saved est. $10M in invested development eéort by saving and
recycling the existing products by building a micro-frontend platform that
could integrate any of the existing software products.
Optimized the time required to bootstrap new software products
from 2 months to 1 week, saving est. $1M in development costs, by
building an exhaustive template solution for launching a new website.

revenue on legal fees and customer complaints due to failure to comply with the
latest regulations for transportation, storage, and labeling.
Optimized the classiêcation error rate from 1% to less than 0.2%,
saving est. $ 1 billion per year in legal fees and customer complaints,
by swiftly and clearly guiding the domain experts through the SOP
compliance process and smartly auditing their classiêcations.
Provided 100% transparency on work allocation and assigned tasks
of more than 20k employees, saving est. $5M from cutting idle times and
optimizing resources distribution, by building a highly-intuitive calendarbased
time tracking tool with support for live data reports.
Conducted special technical interventions under very tight
deadlines to mitigate legal issues. Managed to fulêll all requirements
within expected deadline, without any customer impact.
