I have 15 plus years of experience in IT service management industry and I have about 4 to 5 years cumulative experience as a Solution Architect.
I have elicitated requirements from stakeholders using workshops and translated the  same to business requirement document(BRD) and Functional specification documents(FSD).
I have experience with use cases, process flow, software development strategies. 
I also have experience with tools like MS Visio and power point.

Currenlty I am working for Fatima group's project with main objectives to Meet ITSM requirements, Single platform to automate all services and Improved operational efficiency.
