Computer and Information Systems Engineer with 20 years of experience as an IT professional and 8 years as organizational change agent in Latin American corporations in the following businesses: pension system, financial, insurance, retail, automotive, oil, communications, real estate, government, industry, energy and gas.
I have coached CEOs, Directors and Managers in Peru, Argentina and Mexico in designing and implementing the Transformation Journey as well as guiding the change of structure, culture and leadership.
