Enabling, leading and facilitating Agile transformations. Creation, improvement and optimization of processes that allow the customer to achieve their key business goals and targets more efficiently. Creation and leading of LoB's approach for the early risk identification in the terms of delivery, staff and finance.
One of the key activities was creation and development of the framework for teams' audit and ongoing
monitoring. It included the interviews with delivery team and customers, review of development processes,
identification of weakness and followed by support during the implementation of improvement and risk
mitigation actions.

Project Manager and Scrum Master. Establishing and tuning-up of offshore development methodology.
