I am very proud to be a part of the first DevOps team at Deutsche Telekom
Hungary.
Being involved since the beginning gave me a chance to shape the daily
processes, getting the team acquainted with the SCRUM Methodology and
adapting the Agile mode of operations to suit Telekom's needs, all the while
creating and maintaining a work environment where everyone could perform at
their best as well as Team cohesion that got us into the finals of the companywide
Team-Collaborations Awards..

* Manage the design team as matrix manager; works with bid management,
the service teams and the delivery unit.
* Create ˇrepeatableˇ solutions proposition frameworks and to standardize and
document solutions.
