Responsibilities:
* Developed SOA composite to configure approval workflows to support request-based
provisioning of app Instance, entitlements and roles.
* Developed Request Validation Handler to a) prevent duplicate account requests b) force enduser
to provide justification for selected catalog items and c) prevent the end-user from adding
request grant end-date that goes beyond OIM user profile end-date.
* Worked on EBS HRMS and UM connector integration with Oracle Identity Manager.
* Involved in EBS HRMS reconciliation customizations for various business requirements for
different user types in OIM, for example- Employee/CWK/Suppliers/BOT workers etc.
* Also involved in modifying exiting SOA composites for applying break fixes and to apply some
enhancements for approval workflows.
* Worked on migrating OUD/OVD services to a different OS(Linux) user.
* Involved in patch analysis and patched WLS/OIM/SOA homes to address various bug fixes.
* Implemented SSO for applications like SAP IAS, OpsGenie, DTEX, Citrix Cloud & Auros etc. using
Okta .
* Involved in developing schedule tasks for different business requirements.
* Involved in troubleshooting provisioning, recon and failed request issues etc.
* Worked on performance monitoring of WLS servers.

* Worked on configuring PeopleSoft HRMS OIM connector for reconciling users to OIM.
* Worked on LDAP Sync with OID.
* Developed SOA composites for approval policies.
* Installed and Configured Oracle Identity and Access Manager 11gR2ps2.
* Customized customer business process for OIM provisioning for different users (Management,
Staff and Guest employees).
* Involved in adding custom attributes for both reconciliation and provisioning.
* Installed and configured OIM OOTB Connectors for Target and Trusted systems.

* I've set up the Roles, Access Policies, Approvals workflows and Lookup definitions for different
target systems.

* Created account forms/application instances for request-based provisioning.
