About myself

My passion is helping leaders and teams to understand and embrace Lean and Agile values, principles, and practices to thrive in an uncertain and ever-changing market environment.

My approach is to first understand the challenges in a company, an organization, a project or in a team and then to find solutions together with the client. Agility and the associated frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) are often an important help, but they are only the “tool” and not “the goal”. The crucial thing is to ensure the long-term success of the company and to adapt the methods to the situation in the organization.

Thanks to my long experience, which I have gained both in traditional organizations leading large software development programs and projects and in numerous agile transformations, I can support companies on this path effectively and efficiently.

In addition to my experience as a consultant and coach, hundreds of managers and employees have attended my Lean-Agile training courses (e.g.: SAFe, Scrum). Based on the formal course feedback, I was able to conduct these trainings to the full satisfaction of the participants.
