- Provide remote network configuration support for the migration for Comcast business customers: CBH (Cell Back Haul) and Metro (L2 and L3 services).
- Migration of Metro-E services such as EDIA, PRI, EPL, EVPL, ENS, and ELAN.
- Migrate Costumer’s Equipment such as: Juniper ex4200, EX4550, Juniper mx960, Cisco CRS-8, Cisco ASR-9k, ASR9000v, Ciena – CN (3916,3930,3931,311v)
- Maintain project coordination with National Team, Regional Teams (Market Level), Field Technicians, Remote Support team, and all Customer involved parties.
- Establish practices, templates, policies, documentation, and tools to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
- Analyze and improve the overall process and train new staff members.
- Tools used: CLIPS, Port Allocation Tool, ANRS script generation tool and database update, BMC Remedy etc.
