2017 for all UK customers. MOSL directly interact with DMS system for all kind of transaction after
1st April 2017. Shadow support, TCS will provide support like whether DMS data compatible as per
MOSL or not. Basically during Shadow support all water company will validate internal function
system. If New transaction/Changes identified then Enhancement/New development will be implemented
during Shadow support as per MOSL standard.
