Tasks at Jeunesse:
Overall responsibility for translations and social Media Marketing in the respective countries.

Tasks at HA-RA:
Overall responsibility for incentive trips of the company. (Marketing, Communication, Budgeting,
Controlling, Planning and Realization.)

Tasks at LifeVantage:
Overall responsibility for planning and organizing meetings, workshops, incentive travels as well as
the implementation of communication in the respective countries. Acting as liaison between field
leaders and HQ.

Tasks at Tiens:
Mapping and evaluating current online status. Developing and overseeing the implementation of
an up-to-future and effective plan.

Tasks at Vileda Home:
Overall responsibility for the incentive trips of the company. (Marketing, Communication,
Budgeting, Controlling, Planning and Realization.)

Tasks at Amway:
Daily business
Supervise and handle shop and center activities, support day-to-day tasks
Responsible for maintaining effective shop operations.
Ensure the facilities within shop are in very good condition
Maintain a reasonable stock take level to ensure the supply of products. Accountable for an ontime
replenishment of goods sold in compliance with ABG distribution.
Oversee and support daily cash reconciliation and ensure no discrepancy




Host ABO and Corporate meetings
Share responsibility for greeting and hosting ABOs and others upon their arrival at the Center

Communication / Cooperation
Cooperate with departments in the regional headquarter to ensure information-flow. Act as a first
point of contact for departments and employees.
Works with Sales Manager, General Manager and Key Account Management to develop
relationships with key Amway Business Owners
Cooperate with HR and the Sales Manager regarding staffing matter

Team Lead
Coach, motivate and train staff to develop an excellent customer and ABO service at all time
Provide a strong leadership model. Supervises all store employees. Controlling the day-to-day
activities.
Create shift plan for the team. Monitor holidays and control shift rotas.
Assist the recruitment process.
Create positive working environment with focus on excellence customer service.
