Skills

As a UI/UX Designer with experience at BCR Bank and BearingPoint, I have developed a wide range of skills in designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences for users.
In my current role at BCR Bank, I have successfully improved existing flows such as personal loan cross-sell, and increased insurance penetration rates on personal loans. I achieved these improvements by analyzing user behavior and leveraging data-driven insights.
I have also improved landing pages by identifying pain points in the user journey and making targeted improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
To bring my designs to life, I create dynamic prototypes using tools such as Figma and ProtoPie, which help test designs with users and iterate quickly based on feedback.
In my previous role at BearingPoint, I collaborated with clients, product managers, and developers to translate business needs and process flows into intuitive and outstanding solutions for the Swarm platform. I created flows and architecture for new features within the product, based on clients' needs, product core functions, and market research.
I also helped to create engaging interfaces that evolved from wireframes and low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity and testable prototypes. Additionally, I was responsible for preparing and presenting demos for new and existing clients and supporting the development team to ensure everything was implemented correctly.

UI/UX Designer
BCR (Banks and financial services, 5000-10.000 employees)

As a UI/UX designer at BCR Bank, I am responsible for ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for users applying for unsecured loans through the digital channel.
Working in a cross-functional agile team, my key responsibility is to collaborate with business and user researchers to define business logic and create user flows. In addition to designing new user flows, I also work closely with the team to improve existing flows, such as personal loan cross-sell, which resulted in increased product adoption rates. I also focused on improving the insurance penetration rate on personal loans, which we were able to increase by 18.7%. These efforts required a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, as well as close collaboration with the team.

As part of my responsibilities, I was also responsible for improving landing pages based on data-driven analysis and user behavior collected through tools such as Contentsquare and Google Analytics. By leveraging this data, I identified pain points in the user journey and made targeted improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
