  • - More than 5 years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for large scale  projects worth up to € 10 million, e.g. for Financial Services
  • - profound experience in turnaround and crisis management
  • - Multiple years of expertise in planning, development and operations of high-availability data center for large multinational banks.
  • - Published expert papers on planning, implementation and operation of high-availability data center, software-as-a-Service SaaS model for Banks, Data Security for outsourced support services (Out of EU borders), modular outsourcing and team building.
  • - Experience in project and program management (PRINCE 2, PMMI), team leadership with responsibilities for budget and manpower
  • - Outstanding skills in the operation / service delivery management for application and infrastructure services locally, near- and offshore
  • - Very good knowledge of contract models for national and international delivery models.
  • - Successful management of the transition and transformation processes in the outsourcing of application and infrastructure services, migration, and software
  • - Development of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
