Professionally active in IT for more than 30 years, in the field of Lean/Agile for significantly more than a decade and also for more than 10 years as a freelance Agile Coach - this surely makes me one of the most experienced consultants available for projects and transformations in Lean and Agile. In terms of paperwork, I hold a number of certificates (such as CSP - Certified Scrum Professional, KMP - Kanban Management Professional, or SPC - SAFe Program Consultant). But beyond that, I am a lifelong learner and bring much additional knowledge that simply cannot be certified. In fact, many of my former students now issue certificates themselves. The fact that I invest a lot in my education and training also makes me a frequent and welcome guest at conferences. Consequently, I also have an extensive network of thought leaders in the Agile field. In addition to all this, I have profound knowledge of programming, its tools, and software architecture. This enables me to communicate on equal terms with developers as well as with PMOs and business-oriented departments of many companies, and to translate between the sectors accordingly. And when we talk about Software Craftsmanship and Clean Code, I can proudly say that I both practice and teach these concepts. From my perspective, it's extremely important to turn programmers into true (product) developers who are up-to-date with the science and technology of the 21st century. In short: Anyone who really wants help becoming more agile and efficient as an organization, instead of just being confused and supplied with new titles for old patterns, needs someone like me.
