Microsoft .Net Professional with 11+ yrs if exp, MCAD/PMP certified

• Senior Systems Designer with 10+ years of experience in full development life cycle, including architecture, analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of application software in web-based environment and distributed N-tier architecture.
• Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD.NET).
• Worked as offshore Project coordinator, involved in requirement gathering and validating the same from business as well as technical perspective.
• Worked as Transition Lead.
• Proficient in Microsoft Technologies: Microsoft.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web Services, WCF, WPF, MTS, MSMQ and COM+.
• Strong design experience (5+ years) using Viso, Enterprise Architect tools. Extensively involved in developing Technical system designs (TSD) and UML class and sequence diagrams.
• Active involvement in code review and in providing solutions for various projects of the organization.
• Hands-on experience leading all stages of system development efforts, including design, architecture, testing and support.
• Outstanding leadership abilities, able to coordinate and direct all phases of project-based efforts while managing, motivating and leading project teams.
• Experience of Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Agile methodology.
