I’ve worked on SAP implementation project since 2000. I’m proficient in ABAP/4 development, have more than eight years ABAP development experience, familiar with development skills about reports(Lists&OO ALV), interfaces, SAP script & smartforms, BAPIs, BADI, IDocs, RFC, LSMW, workflow, enhancements, user-exits, dialog programming, tuning performance, transport management, especially on investigating and solving problems. At the same time, I’m familiar with SAP R/3 mainly functional module such as SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, PS, and familiar with SAP IS-U CCS functional modules: CS (customer service), DM (device management), BI (billing), FI (financial).

2013.10 - 2014.03 Schneider (Freelancer-ABAP)
Go through detail requirements with functional team and provide appropriate suggestions for solution. Estimate work effort and make detail plan for each requirement. The main developments include:
• Developing complicated reports with ALV OO, such as “ATP check simulation” and “orders prioritization”
• Developing enhancements with BADIs and user-exit
• Fixing interfaces with IDoc and BAPIs
• Developing Smartforms and output with PDF file - 2014.03 Schneider (Freelancer - ABAP)
2012.06 – 2013.02 SGCC New Generation CIS Research Project
Main Responsibilities:
•Plan business scope for smart marketing business and customer service
•Make project plan and define milestone
•According to SGCC current business and international best practice, build SGCC marketing business capabilities module
•Design business framework and optimize business process
2006.10 – 2011.01 NCGC ECM System Implementation Project
Project brief introduction: This project used SAP IS-U CCS platform. I have gone through whole life-cycle of this project, including blueprint, pilot implementation, rollout implementation, operation and maintenance, and data migration for system out of service.
Main responsibilities - Consultant & Manager:
•Blueprint phase: as consultant, help customer to analyze business process and estimate work effort of development.
•Phase I: as team lead of development, make plan, assign task to team member, train customer, cooperate with functional team to investigate technical solutions and be responsible for quality of deliverables.
•Roll-out phase: as team lead of CS function team, make work plan, function design, integration test and be responsible for quality of deliverables.
•Maintenance phase: as project manager, be responsible for making work order, control project implementation progress and project management.
•Data migration phase: as project manager, be responsible for making work order, communication with client and third party vendor, control progress of project implementation.
2004.11 – 2006.01 CQEP SAP IS-U CCS Implementation Project
Main responsibilities - Team lead:
•Establish work plan, managed team, communicated with other team, control progress and team resource to ensure that we accomplish all Dev work for Phase II.
•Investigate the reason of the function problems and resolve the problems.
•Lead Dev team to accomplish 57 Change Requests which include about 31 enhancements, 9 Interfaces and others are reports and fixing for Phase I.
•Implement 7 Enhancements, 2 Interfaces fixing for Phase I and 1 new report.
