o Knowledge on Robot Simulation, Cell design & validation, Off-Line Programming
o Knowledge on Assembly Process Planning and documentation, Line Design, Factory Layout development, Basic knowledge of Tooling and Material handling concepts & development.
o Experience in the ABB robot programming and simulation.
o ROBCAD and IRC5 control knowledge.
o Good Knowledge in application of standard times, ergonomic and e-tools for manufacturing process design like Teamcenter, Robcad ,AutoCAD , Plex etc.
o Robcad - Simulation and Offline - cycle time optimization of handling and process flows.
o Experience in robot placement and layout optimization, cycle time estimation, reach ability study and interference checks, design validation(fixture, weld guns, grippers, tools, material handling equipments and others), process validation
