? Implementation Guarantee:
There will be a guarantee on all the consultants prescreened only by M3. If such a consultant does not exhibit the necessary skills within the first two weeks and the client realizes that he/she is not a good fit in the team, we will not bill the customer for the services provided during the first two weeks and a replacement will be provided within 24 hours.
? Post Implementation Support:
It is ANN’s standard policy to offer post implementation support and we provide resources for that purpose or can do remote support for projects completed by ANN project teams free of cost for 60 days. For other projects, or after 60 days, standard support contract is required.
? Documentation:
Our consultants are well trained with the documentation standards of the toolset they work with. In addition, for projects undertaken by M3 teams, we provide standard SDLC documentation.
? Knowledge Transfer:
We also do training on client site to the client’s (Programmers / Project Management / Trainers) for about 1 day – 4 days depending on the complexity of the project.
• Project Management:
As part of the Outsourcing Proposal, we do the entire project management of the project. The client is only responsible for the definition of the specifications, creating the test data, specifying any functional requirements of the project, reviewing the design and verifying and accepting the deliverables.
