+ Lead the planning process and own the project implementation including approval/review of the project, resource plans, budget and risk register and ensuring interlock with product/partners/resource pool owners
+ Ensure senior leadership is aware of the delivery/resource/prioritization implications of the project/program/portfolio including potential impact
+ Manage resources proactively in collaboration with resource pool managers to ensure maximum utilization and appropriate prioritization
+ Manage the delivery phase versus the agreed baseline to manage and reduce overall risks and issues and to maximize profitability whilst managing scope and other changes and taking action to recover any discrepancies
