BNP Paribas Cardif Project Management for the Multi Channel Platform (MCP) project. This project realizes the integration of the web portal for the brokers and the back office administration of BNP Paribas Cardif. Activities are management of the teams at BNP Paribas Cardif and at the suppliers of the software, requirements engineering, application architecture and implementation at BNP Paribas Cardif and brokers.

The project is using the Agile method Scrum and the analyse, design and software development is done by using the latest Rational Software. It is my task to implement the Scrum method in the organization and in the teams and manage the project. The project team consist of 3 scrum teams (each team has 1 system analyst, 3 developers and 1 tester), 1 product owner team (3 business analysts) and 1 support team (1 architect and 2 application managers).

Project Management / Business Analyst of the project Incident Management: Disclosure of Cargo. Next to the project management of the team, also responsible for the analysing and design of the application. The goal of the project is to collect information regarding dangerous goods in containers on ships and make this available to the safety organizations like firemen, police, etc. To achieve this several sources of information are collected and combined to follow the movements of the containers with dangerous goods.
This project was the first phase of a larger program. Via a pilot application we proofed that the concept of collection and combining information for track and trace of containers works.
