Defining the Service Orientation Roadmap DB Systel and set up of the corporate strategy 2019.

Defined and guided the implementation program of a new business model and (technological) assets towards service brokering capabilities for DB Systel. Answering the digital and service cloudification trend in the travel and transport sector aligned with the DB Digitalization Strategy. The model focuses on the core functions service brokering, integration and orchestration of DB IT Services and Market Services.  Impacting a radical refresh holistically of processes, governance, service portfolio, business architecture, roles and competencies and the financial flow changing from CAPEX to OPEX.
