I am 9 years experienced on the main layer 2 and 3 protocols and 3 years experienced on MPLS. Currently I am getting ready to do the CCIE written exam. My English is advanced and I am able to speak and write smoothly. I am quite creative and willing to the practice.

Vivo - Telecommunication/Network Analyst
Vivo is the major Internet Service Proveider in Brazil. There I collaborated with the implementation and maintenanceof mobile services as 2G (GSM), 3G (WCDMA) and 4G (LTE), working with Ether-channels, SVI (Switch virtual interfaces), Inter-vlan routing, ISIS, LDP, Pseudo-wires and VRFs – L2 and L3 MPLS, VPLS, BGP and M-BGP.
I also collaborated in a project for providing internet at Interlagos Formula 1 grand prix in 2011, implementing a Cisco
Unified Wireless Network for thousands of people who joined the event and for many business interactions relied on internet that occurred there.
 
2009 – 2011
Unitelco - Universal Telecom - Network Analyst
Unitelco is a Wireless Network based Service Provider that offer dedicated internet links and point-to point and point to-multipoint VPNs. There I collaborated for 3 years at the NOC, doing proactive monitoring and troubleshooting on radios, switches and routers at the access, distribution and Core layers. I managed networks of clients as DM9, Casa & Construção (C&C), which had headquarters communicating with remote branch offices through the network using different architectures and protocols. I worked monitoring with SNMP, troubleshooting radios, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, Static route, VLSM, redundancy protocols as like HSRP and VRRP. I was in charge of opening tickets and dealing with other ISPs about them as well.
 
2008 - 2009
Tefefonica (Actually Vivo) - Telecommunication Analyst
In 2008, I started to collaborate with Telefonica. There, I began to work with Private Links, performing layer 1 tests,such as loops, to detect where the last mile (access) link was interrupted. Afterwards I began to troubleshoot Frame-Relay an X-21 and X-25, not so used today. Finally, I participated in performing simple tests for layer 3 equipment such as routers and switches, Huawei and Cisco. The main clients of the sector were governmental facilities, such as hospitals, schools and police offices.
