CIAR S.A. – Construction company serving government and commercial clients.
Designed and performed successful engineering design calculations, plans and technical reports, mostly related to water and sewage systems as well as concrete structures such as bridges, pumping
stations and drains. Also reviewed project design criteria when projects where developed by external consultants.
Prepared project quantities and estimates for government and commercial procurements, and reviewed Bill of Quantities (BoQ) when provided. Also analyzed bid specifications of the different
projects.
Coordinated efficiently with clients, designers, contractors and local/state agencies to resolve engineering and design issues, taking governmental regulations into account.
Supported the infrastructure Project Managers helping to ensure that construction was completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Planning and Costs Department.
In charge of the cost estimation of infrastructure projects such as drinking water, natural gas, sewage, street lighting, low and medium-voltage electricity networks as well as energy transformer stations of gated and open neighborhood in Cordoba’s City.
Estimated quantities and the cost of materials, equipment and labor to determine projects feasibility. Also prepared Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for procurement processes.
Prepared measurement, parceling and subdivisions plans. Analyzed Cordoba’s planning code and zoning. In addition, I studied present taxes, rates and instruments of policy in urban regulation.
Larsson Consultancy Studio.
Designed structural models of seismic force resisting systems in high seismic design categories, ravity and lateral load path calculations and analysis of structural systems used in general. We used Ram Advance and CIPPE to perform these calculations.
Participated in inspections and verified existing structures such as the Nuclear Power Station in Embalse de Río Tercero, Córdoba, and different kinds of buildings in several cement plants of HÖLCIM
in Argentina. Provided technical advice to these companies’ personnel regarding design, construction and structural repairs and maintenance.
Developed spreadsheets, calculation reports and technical drawings in Autocad and Revit.
Municipality of Córdoba. Cadastral Department. Project of Land Valuation 2018.
Recruited to participate in a large scale valuation of Córdoba’s City urban land. The method employed was “Comparable Sales”, where we surveyed and analyzed more than 2500 property sale transactions and geolocalized them in a GIS model, with other land variables. Thus and so, the effect of location could be used to estimate the real estate’s market value.
Calculated land assessment used to determine capture of capital gains related to urban development.
