Making daily monitoring report incidents, in order to maintain the SLA (Service Level Agreement), which includes verifying cases in state analysis are still pending, time to resolution of these incidents and cases in state Backlog for each charge.
Occasionally distpacher assigning cases / incidents to different areas and responsible for prompt resolution, which includes monitoring an inbox with all cases requested by the user.
Functional analysis of new cases requested by the user, which includes the search for the origin of the incident, preparation of documents to follow up the case, and the detail of the proposed solution, after the client verifies the proposed solution is applicable to production run.
Analysis of new projects with various clients of the company, and the development of the requested interface.
Resolution of user-generated tickets.

OpenKM administration and management, document management web application using Open Source standards and technologies. It is responsible for document management including versioning, metadata, scanning, comments, forums on the document, workflow, etc.
